Name: Charger Fantasy ESPN Sync
Summary: Sync an ESPN league you can access into your local Charger Fantasy workspace.
Description: Connect your ESPN fantasy football league to Charger Fantasy using the ESPN session already in your browser. Choose Private league (extension), enter the league ID and season, and confirm the sync. Imports league settings, teams, rosters and player-pool data into your browser-local workspace. Refresh manually when you want updated data. Your ESPN password and session cookies are not copied to Charger Fantasy. Free to use. Requires an ESPN account with access to the selected league and desktop Chrome. Independent of ESPN; not endorsed by ESPN.
Privacy fields
Single purpose: Read-only import of a user-selected ESPN fantasy football league into Charger Fantasy after confirmation.
Host-permission justification: Access to lm-api-reads.fantasy.espn.com is required to read the requested league through the user's existing ESPN session. Requests are restricted to validated league IDs, supported seasons, and fixed roster/settings/player-pool routes.
Content scripts: Run only on Charger Fantasy's listed domains to confirm and relay sync requests and data. No arbitrary website access.
Remote code: No. All executable code is packaged. ESPN responses are JSON data, not executable code.
Privacy URL: https://chargerfantasy.com/extension-privacy.html
Data disclosures: Do not select “no user data.” League/team names can be user-provided content or contain personal information; the selected league ID and relevant site interactions are processed. Review the dashboard's definitions and disclose those categories. The browser sends its ESPN session directly to ESPN, but the extension never reads, stores or transfers authentication secrets to Charger Fantasy. No ads, sale of data, or credit decisions.
Reviewer instructions
Install the ZIP, sign into ESPN in the same profile with an account authorized for a fantasy football league, open chargerfantasy.com, choose Private league (extension), enter its ID and season, connect, and confirm the browser prompt. Verify rosters and player pool load. Cancel a second sync to confirm no replacement occurs. Public leagues can test the data path; private access needs an authorized ESPN account. If Google requires a review account, supply a dedicated permitted test account through the dashboard's private reviewer field, never this public page.
